Capicu Poetry: You made it happen again…Thank you!

A few weeks back, Capicu Poetry with partners Notice Lounge set out to make it rain candy canes in Bushwick Brooklyn once more with it's 3rd Annual Pa'l Pueblo Charity Event. This event provides Christmas presents for over 100 children of Bushwick United Headstart.

The event was very successful. Amidst a economic recession our Capicu family stepped up and made it happen. I want to formally thank everybody who had anything to do with this.

First of all, the event would have never happened had it not been for the generosity of Platinum Mic Studios (Brooklyn NYC), FutuVision and our venue Notice Lounge.

Special thanks to Jessica Arocho aka Fifa from Bushwick United for giving us the opportunity to give back

Victor Cruz and Yari The Queen Of Washington Heights
and the whole crew at Urban Latino Radio.

Mia Hernandez & J.F. Seary for blessing us with their poetic wordplay.

Special Thanks to Taino Spirit who has blessed Capicu with their both their poetry and visually artistic talents for 3 years and always being the first to step to the plate when there is a need in the community.

Thanks to the Elders that continue to guide us… Bobby Gonzalez, Jaime El Maestro Emeric and Sery Colon. Your contributions are priceless.

Thanks to our Community Partners
