Finally spring is here and that means some light eating cause summer is around the corner and we want to look good for the beach. Here is a great salad to get you started and put on your weekly eating regiment. TOMA!!!

Here is the recipe…

Recipe Below: (Serves 2)
1 cup mango cubed
2 cup pineapple cubed
1 avocado cubed
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup diced scallions
1 tbsp. avocado oil
2 limes juiced
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
