Ivy P’s Latina Owned Makeup Tutorial Featuring Melt Cosmetics

Editors Note: It is an honor to highlight a new emerging (and honest voice) in the make up artist genre. I met this young lady thru one of my best friends about a year ago… and I watched her grow in both creativity and influence… almost tripling her following in just months. I thought it was time to give you something new and different… and Ivy is up for the challenge. She is a friend… and now a contributor… Felicidades Ivy. To my audience… Buen Provecho… – George Torres.

Hello my loves, welcome back! I decided to create another Latina owned makeup brands tutorial because I feel that Latina/Latino owned companies aren’t given enough recognition. As a Latina and very fluffy beauty blogger, I feel it is my responsibility to use my platform to showcase different brands and give a little push to the the Latino pride.

My absolute favorite brand of Latina owned Makeup Is Kat Von D Beauty. Not only is she an amazing tattoo artist, but she is an inspiration to me and hopefully I can create my own makeup line one day. Her brand is exclusive to Sephora & and it is widely known throughout the world. I also just recently indulged in a brand that I have been ogling for a few years now and was so glad that I caught a great sale of their products. This was the gem of my latest video. Lora & Dana are founders of MELT Cosmetics and they have created an amazing product line for those makeup artist and enthusiasts alike that aren’t scared of color and pigment. They are the epitome of what an indie brand is all about. I found them on Instagram over 3 years ago and fell in love with their products through their amazing swatches and unique eyeshadow stack palettes. They are always honest and include an ingredients list for their products along with quick and responsive customer service. They are cruelty free and most of their products are vegan just like KVD. Now grab a glass of coquito, sit back, relax and I hope you all enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
