Introducing Frontier Communications, Your New Option For Internet, TV & Voice.

Frontier Creative #3

I love building bridges and I know that over the years you have relied on me to share news abut nuestra cultura, educational opportunities and in the last few years… even brands I discover. [Disclosure] I have partnered with Frontier Communications to introduce them to you as a new option for your digital communications needs including Internet, TV and /or Voice including FiOS®. All opinions are my own.

To all my friends who are FiOS® customers in California, Texas & Florida, this post is especially important for you.

Some of you already know me for having intense relationships with brands and what means a lot to me is how they engage with me. Are they social? Do they support local initiatives? How do they interact with diverse communities (not just Latinos)? and almost the most important thing, can they give me all that and still be affordable? The answer is yes.

But first… lets talk about those of you who currently subscribe to Verizon FiOS® , you may already be aware that as of April 1st, your services will be transitioning to Frontier Communications and this process has been simplified, you can get all your  questions answered by visiting Meet Frontier, using the live chat option or calling 1-877-864-6195.

Now for those of you that want to know a little more about Frontier Communications… here are the things that stood out to me.

  • The company and it’s employees are engaged in community initiatives, personally and collectively.
  • Frontier supports cultural relevance, they have a 100% U.S. based work force that supports customers in over 200 languages.
  • The website, social media, self help videos and even the billing is available in bilingual format. Aqui hablan Español!
  • This one is BIG… they engage local business to be part of their supplier diversity program and have a submission website.
  • Last but not certainly NOT least, they support our veterans and have been recognized as a Top 100 Military Friendly Employer® and a Top 50 Military Spouse Employment Partnership member.

In case you are wondering, here is a list of their growing service footprint.

  • East Region: Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania
  • Mid-Atlantic Region: Illinois, Ohio, West Virginia

There will always be a FRONTIER where there is an open mind and a willing hand. – Charles Kettering

Speaking of willing hands… here is a video that will walk you thru the new website… and find the right plan for you.

As for me, I will be down in Florida in April… and Mama has already tasked me to find out if she needs to switch the quality from her current satellite provider (which I believe to be Frontier) to the quality of the FiOS® network… she wants to feel like she is in the Novela… more to come on that.

Don’t forget to visit their website today…
