Yes... this is a fictional dramatization, but I am sure somewhere in the world... this has happened. Let's see how the battle over a red dress ends in part 4 of YOU'VE BEEN CRUUUUZED!
Mi Gente...
I am not sure how to say this but I am not a Football fan at all... but I recognize it's lure amongst my friends and especially the rest of the civilized world. The only game I watch every year is the Superbowl... mostly because I love great ads (I am addidcted to marketing) and because it is a great excuse to eat very good (and unhealthy food) that is very good... (no typos... I meant to be redundant)
As a cultural curator this year's Superbowl has captured my attention because of one particular player... Victor Cruz. According wo Wikipedia... Victor Cruz (born November 11, 1986) is an American football wide receiver for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was an undrafted free agent signed by the Giants in the offseason. He played college football at the University of Massachusetts.[2]
The reason he came up on my radar was because his "Salsa Touch Down Dance" has gone viral and has become a source of pride for Puerto Rican (and Latino) Football fans worldwide. With Victor Cruz playing in this year Superbowl... this kind of viral madness can quickly get out of control.
So... in the spirit of Salsa, the Superbowl and Winning (Yes, I am rooting for the Giants!) I bring you a 6 part series from a comedy troupe caled TOMAPRODUCTIONS highlighting the celebratory style of Victor Cruz in very interesting every day situations.
Nothing feels better than celebrating after an accomplishment. And when celebrating, why not do it in style?
Just ask NY Giants pro bowl wide receiver Victor Cruz.
As I am,
George Torres
