La Menta Collective and CCCADI are pleased to present a film screening of SALUD. SALUD examines the relationship between a womanizer named “Carlos” and his kid “Junito.” Seven years later, Carlos tries to reunite with Junito’s mother, who divorced him for being unfaithful. When depression overtakes him, Carlos descends into a downward spiral of booze addiction. Junito’s refusal to lose his father becomes a powerful struggle, which lead both father and son to discover the true and sometimes painful meaning of unconditional love. Q& A with the filmmaker Cesar de Leon and cast members to follow screening.
